INJECTION-MOULDED PLASTIC PACKAGING TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS

H&K Müller has more than 85 years of experience in the development, design and manufacture of individual plastic packaging using the injection moulding process. With our own packaging development and design department, we are your contact for high-quality, individually injection-moulded plastic packaging. In close cooperation with our customers, we flexibly realise individual packaging concepts, from the initial idea to the finished serial part. No matter what size, shape or colour, there are virtually no limits to our customers' creativity when it comes to designing their individual plastic packaging. All injection moulding tools are manufactured, maintained and serviced by our in-house toolmaking department. An individual distinctive design of your individual sales packaging can be realised at H&K Müller by screen printing, embossing, metallisation as well as varnishing, thus giving your individual packaging a high degree of exclusivity. H&K Müller is a manufacturer of individual plastic packaging

We have our own design and development department, which enables us to process individually according to customer requirements. Tools are created flexibly and individually by our in-house toolmaking department. With us, you get competence from a single source. In close cooperation with our customers, we can develop, design and manufacture appropriate packaging solutions according to customer requirements.

Thanks to our extensive range of machinery with tonnages from 35 t to 220 t clamping force, we are able to produce both large and small individual plastic cans according to our customers' needs. Among other things, our production facility is certified according to DIN EN ISO 22000 food safety.

Individual packaging made from recycled plastic

Our products are all made in Germany. Thanks to our modern production facility, which is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, 22000, 50001 and ISCC Plus we can also meet the industry's high requirements for product safety as well as product quality when it comes to individual plastic packaging.

In addition to classic materials (PS, PP, PE, PET), H&K Müller's individual plastic cans and plastic packaging are also available in recycled and biologically based plastics. Thanks to our decades of experience, we have expertise in the production of a wide variety of plastic packaging with screw, slip-on, flap or hinge closures with and without tamper-evident closures as well as child safety systems. Individual decoration of our products by four-colour screen printing as well as hot foil stamping is also possible. Just contact us and we will be happy to advise you!
