H&K Müller has been processing bioplastics by injection moulding for more than 85 years. Biologically based materials have been continuously developed over the years and can now also be used for plastic packaging and plastic jars. Through continuous research & development as well as intensive cooperation with leading manufacturers of biologically based and biodegradable plastics, H&K Müller is able to produce almost all plastic jars and containers from bioplastics in addition to fossil plastic types.

POST INDUSTRIAL UND POST CONSUMER REZYKLATE

As a future-oriented and sustainable plastic injection moulding manufacturer, the topics "Recycling of plastics" and "Closed-loop recycling management in the plastics industry" are of immense importance to H&K Müller. This is connected with the processing of recyclates from "Post Industiral" and "Post Consumer" plastic waste. Through intensive efforts, continuous sampling of new recyclates and close cooperation with leading manufacturers of recyclates, almost all H&K Müller plastic jars and containers can be produced from recycled material on request. All plastic jars are available from stock in white as standard. On request, all boxes can be produced in any colour, according to the customer's wishes, as part of a special production. Due to our own design department and toolmaking department, H&K Müller can develop and produce plastic boxes and jars with individual shapes and sizes within a very short time.
